Off Melrose was created by a long time Southern California boutique owner. Her specialty boutiques have prospered in the most affluent of neighborhoods. In part, because she was first in her market to introduce many of the apparel lines that have dominated the market for many years. It soon became obvious that this woman had a special talent for choosing hip and contemporary apparel. It wasn't long before she realized that even the most wealthy of women seek awesome clothing at an affordable price. She created a boutique to test her belief. A boutique as hip as her pricey specialty boutiques without the high price tags! She chose a tourist location where customers from all walks of life would shop. Customers have been asking for a website so that they might shop upon returning home. offmelrose.com was created.

Shipping Information:
We ship reliably through UPS. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day once billing and credit card information have been authorized. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. We ship standard so your order should arrive within 3-5 business days. Packages can be shipped express (UPS second day air) or overnight (UPS next day air) within the continental United States for an additional charge. We do not offer weekend delivery service. To ensure the safe delivery of your package, UPS requires a signature for all deliveries. We ship within North America (the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Canada). We do not ship to PO Boxes. You will be charged shipping and handling only once. Any subsequent backorder items shipped in a separate package will not incur an additional shipping and handling charge. Express and Overnight shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is not available.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be satisfied! Please return any item within 14 days from the ship date. We'll be glad to make an exchange, credit your account or refund your payment. After 14 days up to 21 days we'll be glad to issue a merchandise credit. Merchandise must be unworn, with tickets still attached and must be accompanied by the original packing invoice. Follow the return and exchange instructions on the packing slip included with your order. Keep a copy for your records. For exchanges, there is no additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non refundable. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
